A friendly reminder regarding the new AICP-Teamsters Local 399 Television Commercial Agreements (“TCA”) for Drivers/Wranglers/Handlers/Trainers and Location Scouts/Managers that went into effect on July 1, 2026. Click here for an overview of changes to the Agreements.
If your company was signatory to the 2023-2026 Teamsters Commercial Agreements, you will need to sign the 2026 Consent Agreement, MPIPHP Trust Agreement, and, if applicable, the Area Standards Supplement.

Please submit these signed documents as soon as possible, but no later than August 31, 2026, to labor@aicp.com with your company’s name in the subject line and “Local 399 Signatory Documents.” Failure to submit these signatory documents will result in interruptions to your company’s payroll and benefits contributions processes.
For companies that are not currently Local 399 signatories: AICP Membership does not obligate you to become signatory to any union agreement. However, should you decide to become signatory to Local 399, you may sign on at this time by executing and submitting the above-linked documents.
