AICP Week Base Camp returned to The Times Center and our panel discussions and presentations were heavily attended and much talked-about.
On Tuesday, June 2nd, Base Camp opened at The Times Center with Digital Prophet David "Shingy" Shing setting the tone with a keynote on creativity and technology, plus deep-dive sessions on AI, virtual production, and data infrastructure. Tuesday afternoon featureed a powerhouse lineup that included advertising legends Susan Credle (Omnicom) and Gerry Graf (Joan Creative) in conversation, followed by our AICP Awards Curator Conversations featuring luminaries including: Rei Inamoto (I&CO), Nick Law (Accenture Song), Ronald Ng (MRM), Jaime Robinson, and 2026 AICP Post Awards Chairperson Gloria Pitagorsky (Heard City).
Wednesday, June 3rd featured the production industry's sharpest legal minds — perennial favorite "Lawyers on the Clock," in which assembled attorneys address the most pressing issues of the day in 2 minutes or less, as well as a panel focused on the current state of immigration law and relevant challenges in the business opened the day. There were also discussions on production centers and tax incentives, as well as a look at A.I. and its implications for music production.
Luckily, all Base Camp programming is now available to view for those who missed AICP Week as well as those who want to relive it. You can view all of this year's panels and discussions in this Vimeo Showcase. The videos, as well as Base Camp programming from all previous years, can also be found in the Content Library on AICP.com. All still photography from AICP Week, including Base Camp, AICP Awards Premieres, and our Gala Reception at The Museum of Modern Art, can be found organized into albums on our Flickr Page.
